Hello Fall!

A letterboard that reads "Fall is Here," with an orange and black leopard print ceramic pumpkin and a fall-themed candle.
The calendar says it early, I say we’re right on time!

H-e-l-l-o friends!!! I’m glad to be back for another year to share some fun fall and Halloween decorating ideas, projects and tips. We’ll also be sharing highlights and suggestions for fall road trips and some creepy Halloween attractions. I can’t wait for the annual decorating, planning and haunting to begin, so let’s get into it.

What happened in the off-season?

Since this is a seasonal blog, I typically stop posting content in mid-November each year. However, during the “off-season,” there’s plenty of activity, planning and backend blog work happening.

If you’ve visited the site before, you may have noticed that it looks a lot different. In addition to a new layout and design – did you get a load of the brand-new logo?!? The boo-tiful design is courtesy of Dulceria Creations from St. Petersburg, Florida. The ladies, who make custom engraved candle lids, vessels, and more, played a key role in creating the cutest upcycled party favors for this year’s fete. Here’s a sneak peek with more details to come.

Fall Preview

What can you expect to find at Fall Into Halloween (FIH) this year? Along with the usual fall and Halloween decor ideas, my exceptionally talented friend, Kari, is showing off this exquisite plague doctor mask she crafted. She’ll also share some of the history that makes this type of mask a perennial Halloween favorite. It may be too early for some of you to consider costume options – but if you’re here, probably not😊.

As always, if there’s anything you want to see, or see more of, on FIH, please leave me a comment below. I’d love your input and ideas for possible posts and to see what you’re creating this season.

Looking forward to another great year.

Happy fall y’all!
